The more you order, the happier we are! However, we strongly discourage our customers from buying any item where there is doubt. Please double check all product details and triple check sizing details. We would be happy to help you out with any queries regarding making your purchase.
- Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at customercare@shopdrawn.com. Our cancellation window closes after 24 hours.
- Sales and discounted items
- We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. All sales are final.
- Prices and discounts during the sale periods are exclusive to the event and will not be honored before or after a sale.
- Products purchased with credit notes are considered as discounted items are not eligible for further exchanges or returns. This includes credit notes issued by Drawn as well as RELOVE.
- Returns
We do not accept any returns unless the product received is damaged. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image and description of the issue within 72 hours of delivery of package. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages. Any issues reported after 72hrs will not be considered for replacement as the package has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control.
- Exchange
In cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size or style. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 6 months. In case of style exchanges, the exchange must be selected from the products currently available on the website. As we work on limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold out collections will not be accepted. All exchanges are final.
- Damaged Items Policy
If you receive a damaged item, it is essential to notify us within 72 hours of receiving your package. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution:
- Notification: Email us at customercare@shopdrawn.com within 72 hours of receiving the package. In your email, include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and the date the package was received.
- Video: For our records and to facilitate the investigation, please share a video of the package received and unsealed. The video should clearly capture:
- The condition of the package upon arrival (sealed)

Footage of unsealing/unboxing: It is important for us to see the unsealing of package and the condition of the garment at the time the package is opened. This is crucial in determining whether the reported damages were present upon receipt or if they occurred after delivery and opening.
- A close-up of the damaged area.
- Additional Proof: In addition to the video, please include clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging, particularly any external damage to the box.
- Retain Packaging: Keep all packaging materials and the damaged item until the investigation is complete. We may request further evidence or ask for the item to be returned for inspection.
Notifications made beyond 72 hours of receiving the package and without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Claims lacking sufficient proof at delivery will result in the claim being denied.
- International orders
We do not offer exchange or return on International orders.
- Important notes on Credit Notes & Exchanges
- Your store credit valid for 6 months. We do not accept usage of credit codes beyond its validity period so please ensure the code is utilised within the validity period.
- Products purchased with credit notes or received through exchange are not eligible for further exchanges or returns. This includes credit notes issued by Drawn as well as RELOVE.
- Credit notes are issued for a minimum order value and cannot be refunded or carried over.
- Credit notes can only be utilised for online purchases on our website.
- How to process your exchange
- As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order for us to process an exchange on customercare@shopdrawn.com
- The piece must be returned to the Drawn HQ in Gurugram within 7 working days of submitting your exchange request.
- The package must be returned unused - with originals tags and packaging. Any items that do not pass these checks will be sent back to the customer. Any items received beyond 7 days of registering the exchange request will be sent back to the sender.
If you simply change your mind, we are terribly sorry, but we will not be able to accept the return or provide a refund. We will however encourage you to check with your friends and family for they might like to take that piece off your hands.We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.
